Eggs are an awe-some source of protein and can be cooked a varieties of way.

Keep it fresh and get free-range eggs (also known as pasture raised).

Eggs that have been fed gmo free and organic feed,

 and have been certified humane

have the most

nutrition.

A dozen cost 8.00$, if you eat a lot of eggs look for Amish eggs,

they can be found at smaller markets.

If you’re local, try the West End Market.

“Cage free” is a gimmick, as cages cost more than chickens.

Chickens who are treated well lay happy eggs and that always rocks.

Alternative Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients: all organic 

Click on items to learn their healing properties. 

Eggs (you choose how many)

1 Avocado

Greens (Collard, Kale, Dandelion** great for cleansing liver, or Chard)

1 Apple ( Green, Red, Yellow)

Unpasteurized Raw Sheep Cheese  (what?!)

Himalayan Sea Salt

  • Create an electrolyte balance.
  • Increases hydration.
  • Regulate water content both inside and outside of cells.
  • Balance pH (alkaline/acidity) and help to reduce acid reflux.
  • Prevent muscle cramping.
  • Aid in proper metabolism functioning.
  • Strengthen bones.
  • Lower blood pressure.

    Salt can be super healing- just depends on what kind! 

Black Pepper 

Sunflower Oil 

Garlic Ground 

Organic salt-free rice crackers (I choose salt free. Salt can alway be added, yum).

Directions: 

Pour enough Sun flower oil in pan, dependent on how many eggs.

Start at low heat to avoid eggs sticking to iron pan.

Chop greens & cook in same pan with eggs.

Cook eggs (any style – I like to let them cook sunny side up then mixed them so they are scrambled but still have distinction between yolk and egg white).

Sprinkle himalayan salt, pepper, and ground garlic onto eggs and/or greens.

Chop up avocado and mush onto rice cracker(s).

Put cooked eggs on top of rice cracker with avocado, add crumbled cheese.

Cut out 1 apple (cut horizontally) into small bite size pieces.

Apple & greens as sides.

Eat & Enjoy!
